FAQ

Straight answers for technical people.

Does data leave our infrastructure?

No. bzSignal is designed as a local appliance. Business data is processed inside your environment.

Which databases are supported?

The appliance connects to SQL databases. MySQL and PostgreSQL support is available first, with Microsoft SQL Server planned.

Why is there a learning period?

Business activity varies by hour and day. The initial learning phase helps bzSignal understand normal patterns before thresholds are created.

Is AI running locally?

Yes. The analysis layer runs locally so sensitive business data remains under your control.

What are requirements for VM?

We recommend at least 8 core cpu and 16 GB of memory. For storage no more than 50G is needed.
